All orders under $49.99 will be shipped USPS for a single shipping charge (flat rate) of $5.95.
*Domestic orders over $49.99 will ship for free. Orders will usually ship within 24 hours.
*Domestic = USA not including Alaska or Hawaii. All orders will ship from New Jersey, USA.

MONTH DEVICE LIMITED WARRANTY
eciggExpress.com warrants to the
original purchaser of the Electronic Cigarette, that
it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of three months from the date of original purchase.
During the warranty period, will, at its discretion,
repair or replace (with a new or reconditioned unit) components
that are defective. Exclusions to this warranty shall not apply
to defects resulting from misuse, improper or inadequate
maintenance or unauthorized modification. This Limited Warranty
gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in
addition to those rights under applicable local law.

makes no other express or implied warranty or
condition whatsoever, whether written or oral, and expressly
disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this
Limited Warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of
jurisdiction outside of the U.S., disclaims all
implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a
particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the U.S.,
any implied warranty of condition of merchant ability,
satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is
limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above.
Some states or countries/regions do not allow a limitation on
how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or
limitation of incident or consequential damages for consumer
products. In such states, or countries/regions, some exclusions
or limitations of this Limited Warranty may not apply to the
purchaser.
Returns - Warranty Claim Instructions
We will try our best to get your repaired product back to you as
soon as possible. In order to do this, we request your full
cooperation with respect to the warranty claim instructions
below. Please adhere strictly to the following instructions:
- Contact us
via email at the following address;
sales@eciggexpress.com to determine if you need
to return the product. Upon that determination we will
provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
Do not return a product
to us without first contacting us to obtain your
RMA# .
- Pack the items to be returned securely using the original
packaging material (if possible).
- Please enclose the following:
a) your original bill of sale,
b) name, address, contact telephone/fax numbers,
c) email
address
d) reason for returning the item.
- Ship prepaid to
us. Shipping charges
to us are your responsibility.
- COD shipments will not be
accepted by us.
There is NO WARRANTY for e-liquid or cartridges and returns are not accepted for these items.
